Denise Gardner Winemaking

In 1960, my grandfather, Richard Gardner, took over management of Gardner’s TV and Appliances in Reading, Pennsylvania, a thriving business for an additional 34 years. Although today the most common household appliance you’ll see me use is a corkscrew, I’m proud to continue my family’s small business legacy while maintaining my connection to support the local Pennsylvania agricultural economy.

This is my vision for winemaking consulting and education in the 21st century: virtual, accessible, heart-driven, and result-oriented. I love to work with wineries of all shapes and sizes, encouraging them through the winemaking process to make decisions that tell their unique story in each glass poured of their wine.
